Forms Required for Vehicle Purchase

The Tennessee Vans Vehicle Purchase Program is available
only to non-profit organizations in Tennessee.

You can apply to purchase a vehicle either online or by mail:

  • Complete the online form below, or
  • Print this form to fill out by hand and mail to TN Vans.

This application has four pages. Tennessee Vans requires certain financial information in order to approve your application. Please gather the following documents. These documents must be in PDF format:

  1. A copy of your current Tennessee Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
  2. statement from your accountant, auditor, or other authorized person indicating that your agency is in good financial standing and follows acceptable accounting and business practices.
  3. list of corporate board members and officers, including phone numbers.
  4. signed corporate board resolution approving this application to purchase a vehicle.
