Tennessee Vans (TN Vans) facilitates the mobility of persons throughout Tennessee by assisting public agencies, private groups, and non-profit organizations in the provision of transportation services. The TN Vans program is operated by the University of Tennessee Center for Transportation Research and provides vehicles through its agency purchase and vanpool lease programs.

The Agency Purchase Program provides the opportunity for qualified community agencies to purchase vehicles for transportation purposes through an affordable financing plan.

The Vanpool Lease Program provides vehicles, insurance, maintenance, and fleet management assistance to commuter groups who want to travel to and from work in a vanpool. The program leases minivans and fifteen passenger vans to groups of commuters who wish to ride together and share costs.
